Who is responsible
Global Security Job ApS (GSJ) is responsible for the handling of personal information described in this notice as the data controller. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to the public contact address below.
What the forms collect
Both request forms collect your name, organisation, role and email address. The pilot request also collects your country, area of interest and an optional message. The private walkthrough request collects your reason for requesting access. An enquiry record includes a submission date and a reference.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. These public forms do not request identity documents, background-check records or sensitive personnel information.
How submitted information is used
Submitted information is recorded to process the request, reviewed for relevance and possible follow-up, and used to maintain the associated enquiry record. The website prepares an internal notification and a confirmation email to the address provided; successful delivery is not guaranteed.
Email handling also uses recipient addresses, message content and delivery records to send and track these messages. Unsubscribe and suppression records are used to prevent further sending to affected addresses.
Access and disclosure
Enquiry details are made available to GSJ for review and follow-up and are included in the internal notification. They are not presented publicly through this website. Third-party hosting, database and email-delivery services handle information needed to store enquiries and deliver the associated messages.
Technical services used by this website
Hosting services receive technical information needed to serve pages, such as an IP address and browser request information, and may record request logs. The website’s fonts are served locally rather than loaded from Google Fonts.
The public website’s own code does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded social-media content. This statement does not describe any separate visitor statistics or logging provided by the hosting platform.
Contact outside the forms
If you contact GSJ by email or through a messaging or social-media service linked from this website, GSJ receives the information you choose to share through that channel. Those services also handle information under their own privacy terms. Opening an external link connects your browser to the destination service.
Your data protection rights
